Cobra Tec Knives

Cobratec Knives Tactical Knives with a Bite

Who is Cobratec?

Cobra Tec Knives create high quality knives with high carbon, high chromium tool steel. The D2 steel they use can be trusted since more well known popular brands use the same steel in their knives.

Most Cobratec OTF knives are outfitted with a deep carry pocket clip for quick access in most situations.

D2 steel is an air hardening, high-carbon, high-chromium, tool steel. It has high wear and abrasion resistant properties.

From your trusty pocket knife that you carry everyday, to field dressing your game, or at your favorite hunting location, this knife will keep up with you.

Before purchasing one of these knives, please be sure to familiarize yourself with the state laws listed here.

These knives are extremely safe to operate and use. Cobratec Knives come with a built-in safety feature that will not allow the D2 Steel blade to fully deploy if anything is obstructing its path. Once in ‘safety mode’ the blade will need to be reset by pulling the blade all the way into its locked position making it fully functional again.

Additionally, Cobratec Knives also carries D2 steel drop point replacement blades for your OTF knife. If your a plumber to a stone mason you can be assured that if you break a blade you are able to order another one!

OTF Safety

The first and foremost thing that you will have to keep in mind when using auto knives is you have to be very careful when you are opening or closing it. Using the thumb slide, make sure that you are holding the knife in a safe direction with your dominant hand. Stay extremely safe if you are using side opening ones. If you are using OTF knives, ensure that the opening of the blade is not facing you.

Remember a dull knife blade is not your friend!
